Andrew Howard will be taking on Red Scare, who's rumoured to be a tracksuit-wearing cop who speaks with a Russian accent. It won't be his first time on a superhero project — the actor is known for his role as Luther Banks on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. He currently plays Marshal Withers on Outpost and has had recurring parts on other shows such as Bates Motel and Agent X.
