He'll survive. Tyrion hasn't been on Dany's good side lately thanks to a few crucial missteps involving his sister, Cersei, but we think there's hope yet for this wise-cracking character. Daenerys even makes a big show about the world needing his clever mind if and when they survive, which bodes well for Tyrion's future.
