Homicide creator Paul Attanasio created this cop drama, which revolves around Abigail "Tommy" Thomas (played by The Sopranos and Nurse Jackie star Edie Falco), a former high-ranking NYPD officer who becomes the first female chief of police for the Los Angeles Police Department.
