Where else would this singer/songwriter hail from but Nashville? Jed Wyatt has been strumming into Hannah's heart all season, and now it's time to see if their lives can mesh in the real world. She'll have the chance to decide for herself when she meets Jed's family (and hopefully some of those dogs that grace his Instagram page).
