Eli Roth's Cabin Fever is a gory good time. The movie follows a group of college kids whose holiday in the woods goes horribly wrong when one of them accidentally shoots a local man suffering from a contagious skin disease. The man ends up infecting the water supply leading to paranoia and a whole lot of bloodshed back at the cabin.
