This fantasy drama is based on the comic series of the same name by Ben Dunn, telling the story of a 19-year-old woman named Ava (played by Portuguese actress Alba Baptista) who — after waking up in a morgue — discovers that she has become part of an ancient order tasked with fighting off evil demons on Earth.
