Things aren''t looking so good for Dr. Nicky by the end of season one. He starts out as Beck's therapist, but their relationship soon turns sexual. Joe has trust issues with him from the get-go, and doesn't want Beck around him. Of course, Joe ends up as one of Dr. Nicky's patients in an attempt to get his enemies close. At the end of the season, Joe frames Dr. Nicky for Beck's death.
