To be fair, critics and fans alike had a bad feeling about this one from the moment that first trailer dropped. However, despite its purr-fect cast (which included Taylor Swift, Jennifer Hudson, James Cordon, Idis Elba, Judi Dench, Ian MacKellen, Rebel Wilson, and Jason Derulo, among others), critics declared that this adaptation of the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical was nothing more than "a big-screen litter box for the hammiest of stars to unload into."
