Kelly and Kenny went through quite the journey together on "Love Is Blind." The pair were a fan favourite couple on the show, but many were utterly shocked when Kelly declined to marry Kenny at the altar in the finale. She seemed very sure of her decision, and Kenny was respectful, but when confronted by production later, he was quite upset.

They agreed that the show was transformative for them both, and neither regretted the experience. In the reunion episode, Kenny attended with his then-fiancé (now wife) Alexandra Garrison.
As of 2022, the exes don't seem to communicate much. Kelly follows Kenny on Instagram, but he doesn't follow her back. Kenny married Alexandra on 30 April, 2022, and the two frequently post on social media together.
