Aiden Thomas's Cemetery Boys combines Latinx culture and mythology with a trans boy's coming-of-age story. Determined to prove himself to his traditional family, Yadriel tries to summon the ghost of his dead cousin to help set it free, but instead summons Julian, the ghost of his school's "bad boy," forcing the two to go on a quest together — and maybe learn some things about each other along the way.
