Liz Fenton and Lisa Steinke's How to Save a Life puts a man in a tragic Groundhog Day scenario. Dom is elated when he bumps into his ex-fiancée Mia and quickly asks her out on a date. While it at first seems that their reunion was fated, Mia dies on their date, leaving a devastated Dom to make a wish to get a second chance at saving her life. (Definitely keep the tissues nearby for this tearjerker.)
