In this medical K-drama, five med school friends begin their residency at the same hospital, where they work together in the VIP wing. With its balance of light comedy and heavy drama, you may think this show is basically just a Korean Grey's Anatomy, but the incredible chemistry between the five main characters and its (spoiler alert!) unexpected musical element makes this one too enjoyable to miss.
