Adam Sandler turns his usual comedy style to the spookiest of holidays. Sandler plays a goofy resident of Salem (yes, that Salem) who's obsessed with making sure Halloween always is perfect and safe. When people start disappearing, he has to convince the police that there's something evil afoot.
