Peter Sawkins, a university student from Edinburgh, became the youngest winner in the history of The Great British Bake Off at the age of 20. It was clear right from the start that there was something special about Peter. In the first episode of the 11th series he won Star Baker and impressed the judges with his gluten-free bakes.
