Apart from Charli and Dixie, the show will also heavily feature the sisters' parents, Marc and Heidi. A crucial part of the series, the parents will be shown attempting to navigate their rapid change in lifestyle, while still trying to maintain their same family values. Raising teenagers is hard enough as it is, but Marc and Heidi must also battle with the darker side of fame, shield their daughters from harm, and try to keep a sense of normalcy in their home.
