One of few science-fiction stories with a primarily Black cast, Raising Dion is the story of a single mother's quest to keep her superhuman son's powers under wraps. Much like Sony's Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Raising Dion allows kids of colour the opportunity to see themselves as superheroes, too.
