This action-comedy tells the tale of fugitive Franklin (Chris Tucker) who's on the run after an unexpected prison break. The police falsely believe Franklin is the one responsible for the break, so Franklin approaches reporter James (Charlie Scheen) to tell his truth. While James agrees to help tell Franklin's story, the two both find themselves on the run and in some unpredictable situations.
