Receiving rejection letter after rejection letter, Bartleby Gaines fears he won't be college-bound come September. With no prospects on the horizon, he decides to take matters into his own hands by opening up his own university. Creating a website, hiring a fake dean, and setting up shop in an abandoned building, Bartleby and a group of college rejects become students at the South Harmon Institute of Technology.
