After serving as a caregiver and gardener for an extremely rich old senior named Leonard, Adam and Kate find themselves in a heap of money after Leo passes. They're young and broke, so the unexpected fortune solves a lot of problems, but creates even more once everyone in town finds out that Adam and Kate have inherited Leo's home.
