Minnie Mills as Shayla One of Belly's fellow debutantes, Shayla is a confident and cool city girl. Although she hasn't had any major roles outside of The Summer I Turned Pretty, Mills trained at both GoodCapp Arts and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
