"Chaos. Always chaos," Orion said, when Entertainment Weekly asked her to describe her drag style. "I just like to make people laugh."
From Grand Rapids, MI, Orion combines all the glamour and camp you expect from a drag performance with a fantastic sense of comedy. According to her, not taking things too seriously is at the heart of all of it.
"The way I think about it is, they come for the looks and stay for the jokes. I find it hard to not be myself. I don't think I could ever not be. The best way to do that is to be as chaotic as possible," she said. "There are so many things we always limit ourselves on. We say, 'that's not my drag,' 'that's not my brand,' but the important thing we need to think about is: what else can we do?"
