The BFI's annual festival for aspiring 16- to 25-year-old filmmakers is returning from 17-20 Feb., with a packed programme of talks, discussions, and workshops. Aimed at providing young film enthusiasts with connections to industry professionals and collaborators, the festival is also set to feature screenings of over 50 short films made by filmmakers under the age of 25.
