Marvel previously announced "Echo," the spin-off of 2021's "Daredevil" series. At D23 Expo, they confirmed that Vincent D'Onofrio would return as Kingpin in the new series. Alaqua Cox is returning as Maya Lopez, aka Echo, and Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Devery Jacobs, Cody Lightning, and Graham Greene will also appear in the series. At the event, the cast reflected on what it means to have a series about an indigenous superhero. The series will be released in Summer 2023.
