Hoult leads the film as Renfield and Cage plays Dracula. Meanwhile, Awkwafina plays Renfield's love interest, a traffic cop. Rounding out the cast are Ben Schwartz, Adrian Martinez, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Bess Rous, James Moses Black, Caroline Williams, and Brandon Scott Jones.
