This is proven when Miles accidentally opens up the Lego Spider-Man universe, revealing the return of JK Simmons as J Jonah Jameson, editor-in-chief at The Daily Bugle. Simmons also famously portrayed Jameson in the 2002 "Spider-Man" film starring Tobey Maguire, in which he demanded pictures of Spider-Man from the friendly neighbourhood photographer himself.
