With metallic gowns being such a frequent choice for the Oscars in the past, this Ralph & Russo design has been on my mind ever since it hit the runway. It's sexy without being overt, showing skin in unexpected places (any actress considering it will have to think about underwear very carefully). Marina has shown that she's willing to try bright colours and prints, but perhaps the Oscars is the time for her to show a sexier and more sophisticated side?
