The '90s retro trend is back, and we are adorning our ankles as well as our wrists this Fall. Though you might be opting for more closed-toe footwear over sandals for the coming brisk weather, that doesn't mean you have to leave your anklets behind. Clasp them on over tights, above ankle booties, and styled with everything from pumps to loafers.
