Flats are so versatile no matter the outfit, and I like the added polish I feel with this shoe type on (versus something more casual). However, when it's raining the last thing I want to do are wear nice leather shoes . . . and run the risk of ruining them. The brand Melissa is one of my all-time favourites for water-resistant footwear that looks just as good when the ground is dry.
