10-Minute Arm YouTube Videos

Tone Your Arms in Just 10 Minutes on YouTube, Because Nothing Beats Feeling Strong

Arms aren't just for hugging: they open heavy doors on your morning commute, hold boxes and loads of laundry, and pick up your heavy toddler (or dog). Whether or not you love your biceps and triceps, working on them is a good idea simply because of everything they do for you in your day-to-day life.

Plus, we've got good news: a gym membership isn't a requirement, and we'll prove it. The following YouTube videos will burn your arms in 10 minutes or less (just think: doing laundry or commuting takes way longer). All you'll need is a pair of dumbbells — here's how to choose the right weight — and that awesome smile of yours (because we know). We've also included one bodyweight workout under 10 minutes. Give our three-week arm challenge a try if you're feeling extra motivated. Now, let's get to it.

This workout, led by Class FitSugar host Anna Renderer, features horizontal bicep curls (with a lunge!), push-up and rotate, as well as triceps kickbacks. You'll just need light- to medium-sized weights and an exercise mat (if you're not in a carpeted area).

When you stack exercises one right after the other, that's called a superset. This 10-minute arm workout features nonstop moves like wide-arm push-ups, triceps extensions, and push-up pike presses.

Katie Dunlop of Love Sweat Fitness and guest Anna Renderer (Class FitSugar host — remember her?) will walk you through a workout in just 10 minutes. You'll need medium and light dumbbells (five and 10 pounds, for example) to perform moves like bent over row and bicep curl overhead press. "The more fun you have along the way, the more you are going to stick with it," Anna says at the end. We couldn't agree more!

Fitness Blender was started by a husband-wife duo of personal trainers, and this video brings exercises for your arms, chest, shoulders, and back! There's halos, lateral arm raises, and woodchoppers (which also work your core).
