10-Minute Tank Top Arms Workout

Katie Dunlop of Love Sweat Fitness and guest Anna Renderer (Class FitSugar host — remember her?) will walk you through a workout in just 10 minutes. You'll need medium and light dumbbells (five and 10 pounds, for example) to perform moves like bent over row and bicep curl overhead press.
