9 Full-Body YouTube Workouts So Effective, You'll Forget You Have a Gym Membership

YouTube is the free workout library of your dreams, stocked with intense full-body workouts aplenty. And as a fitness editor and a 20-something in 2019, I consider myself a connoisseur. You just can't go wrong with a good full-body workout video: you're hitting every muscle group, saving tons of time, and getting guidance from trainers onscreen, all for free. If you're not sure what workout to do today, allow me to recommend one of these nine full-body burners, which range from HIIT and strength training to cardio. Grab a sports bra, hit play, and get moving.

This low-impact Pilates-inspired bodyweight challenge needs just 19 minutes to absolutely ignite your core and butt. The combination of tough twisting moves and heaven-sent stretching breaks will leave your body feeling amazing by the end.

This isn't your average strength-training workout. Nike master trainer Betina Gozo plays with speed, slowing down the moves that we often rush through, like squats, rows, and single-leg deadlifts, for maximum strength gains. The result: serious burn in every muscle!

Just 14 minutes long, this full-body bodyweight toning session from Rebecca Louise doesn't require any weights to feel a burn. It's the pulses that bring the pain, and they are everywhere: in curtsy lunges, bridges, air squats, and more. Your legs are gonna need a breather after this one.

Jake DuPree's abs and butt Class FitSugar workout is one of my favourites, so the fact that he also has this 45-minute full-body toning routine, complete with weights and his signature amazing attitude, is a blessing to us all.
