There's nothing we love more than an efficient full-body workout [3] that uses minimal equipment. Trainer and fitness influencer Kelsey Wells [4] shows us how to work every part of our bodies with just a single set of dumbbells in an Instagram video she recently posted. These six moves are guaranteed to make you sweat in no time:
- Sumo squats [6]
- Lunge and press [7]
- Side-to-front arm raise [8]
- Fire hydrants [9]
- Tricep kickbacks [10]
- Bent-over reverse fly [11]
Complete 10 to 12 reps each for a total of three to four sets, with 30 seconds of rest in between.
