This Is Exactly What Halle Berry Eats For Lunch on the Keto Diet


Halle Berry can't get enough of the ketogenic diet (high-fat, moderate protein, and very low-carb), and she's shared that she follows the popular diet to help manage her diabetes, and keep her in killer shape at 51 years old.

In a recent Instagram story, she shared what she eats for lunch on the keto diet — and keto or not, it looks amazing.



To make Halle Berry's salad start with a bed of mixed greens and then top it off with spiralized courgette noodles, cherry tomatoes, and a hard boiled egg sans yolk. To accompany the salad, Halle had a side of courgette chips and guacamole.
