Dying hard-boiled eggs is one of the best parts of Easter. But once the holiday is over, what do you do with all of those leftover Easter eggs? It seems like a shame to throw them out, and just peeling and eating them plain is so boring. We have some creative recipes for how to use all those leftover hard-boiled eggs. And if you dyed them with vinegar and food colouring or natural dyes (think: beet juice, turmeric, etc.), then even better — they're totally safe to peel and eat.
