Jenna Dewan Swears by These 7 Sweat-Dripping Moves For Her 10 P.M. Workout — Bring a Towel!

There are two types of people in this world: those who wake up at the crack of dawn to hit the gym [1] before attacking the day [2] and those who prefer to save their energy for a nighttime workout [3], or in Jenna Dewan's case, a very late late-night workout. In a recent video on her YouTube channel [4], the 37-year-old mother and perpetual source of inspiration [5] shared footage from a 10 p.m. gym session with beloved trainer Jennifer Johnson [6], or JJ Dancer [7]. And damn, they go hard!

The two warm up by jumping on a trampoline before staring in on barbell hip thrusts [8]. At the end of each set, Jenna pulses with some fun added twerking. Next, they work the core with some yoga ball tuck-ups [9] and hanging tuck-ups [10].

Back on the ground, it's time for one-arm dumbbell rows [12]. It's one of Kayla Itsines's favourite moves [13] as well, so if you haven't integrated this into your arm workout [14], consider this a reminder! Jenna gets back to the booty with barbell lunges [15] and deadlifts [16]. Doing eight to 12 repetitions and three to four sets of each exercise, it's safe to say that this dynamic duo does not mess around in the gym — even late at night!

As always, twerking can be incorporated into any and all exercises.
