In 2017 on the Rachael Ray Show, Vanessa Hudgens said, "I think that we've been brainwashed to think that fat is bad, but really, it's what's going to make you feel fuller longer. And your body can burn it and use it as fuel."

After having to gain 20 pounds for a movie role, Vanessa was able to jump right back to her normal weight, all through keto. She cut out carbs, dairy, and refined sugar and focused on eating real whole foods.
