Don't Just Run!

If you only run, you'll risk boredom, and worse, an overuse injury. It's OK if you love running four or five times a week, but add other types of workouts to your routine. Cross-train with cycling, boxing, group fitness classes, CrossFit, Pilates, swimming, Zumba, or martial arts.
