Peaches

It's not truly Summer without some peaches, so thankfully, they're keto-friendly. One medium-sized peach contains about 14 grams of carbs. Use them in healthy recipes, like this peach and tomato salad. You can even add in fresh mozzarella, which is also low-carb, to make a peachy version of caprese.
