The BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich at Smokejumpers in DCA is mind-bogglingly similar to the traditional barbecue dish, but made from an exceptionally nutritious fruit. It's served with a tangy, spiced BBQ sauce; "bear paw slaw" (like a fresh Summer slaw as opposed to a creamy, mayo-based slaw); and crispy onions. It is damn good and just $12 for the meal!
