This Workout Is the Perfect Mix of Dance Cardio and Sculpting Moves

It's only 30 minutes, so this workout is quick and concentrated. Megan Roup, creator of The Sculpt Society, incorporates dance cardio and sliders to target and tone every limb. If you don't have sliders, no worries! You can use hand towels or, if you're working out on carpeting, try paper plates.
