Side Plank With Leg Lift (Right Side)

  • Balance on your right hand and the outside edge of your right foot, your the body in one straight line. Raise your left arm and leg in the air.
  • Hold for 30 seconds on each side to complete the rep.
  • Complete the same number of reps on each side.
