Bailey Ducommun

We've featured Bailey on POPSUGAR before (exhibit A). The majority of the workouts she posts take place in the gym with weights — there's this dumbbell-only back and biceps routine and this barbell-only glutes leg day routine — but, she does have workouts you can do anywhere. Take this 30-minute HIIT circuit featuring plank shoulder taps, burpees, and jump squats, for instance. Her videos are ones I save often (aka, every day).
