How Stacie Lost More Than 55 Pounds

Because WW isn't a diet in the traditional sense, Stacie doesn't deprive herself of anything — she just makes healthy choices and eats in moderation. Her favourite meals include:

  • Breakfast: a cup of coffee with a splash of creamer and either fruit, oatmeal, or a slice of wheat toast with peanut butter
  • Midmorning snack: no-sugar-added peaches or some other fruit
  • Lunch: a salad with mixed greens, chicken, apples, feta, and light raspberry walnut vinaigrette
  • Dinner: chicken fajitas with light sour cream, fat-free cheese, and avocado

When she first started on WW, Stacie focussed exclusively on changing her eating habits. After three months, she added cardio and weight training to her routine. "Recently I started doing the 30-Minute Circuit Express at Planet Fitness, and I really enjoy it," she told POPSUGAR.
