Walnut, Pear, and Strawberry Salad

If you're tired of eating the same salad every day, try Jeanette's simple walnut, pear, and strawberry salad.

  • 3 cups red leaf lettuce
  • 1/2 pear
  • 7 walnuts, halved
  • 5 strawberries, whole
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper
