ILU is a British fitness brand loved by yogi and fitness fanatics Millie Mackintosh and Fearne Cotton, so I figured if it's good enough for them, it's worth trying. I chose the Ilu Vitality Crop Top (£40), which promises to be a great option for Pilates, yoga, and even brunch. A brand that encourages wearing athleisurewear to brunch is our kinda brand. It's definitely not a high-impact bra but it doesn't claim to be one. I wear this to yoga or over the top of a more supportive bra and wear it as a top. Other features of the ILU crop that I like is the removable pads, seamless and incredibly soft material, and how thin the bra is, which is particularly good if you are a hot yoga fan.
