Lita brings us a high-rep, high-volume workout using a kettlebell. Reps range from 15 to 30, and she does four rounds. Those assisted single-leg deadlifts with a 15-kilogram weight look like a real challenge! (Note: if you can't use 15 kilograms, choose the weight that works for you.)
