Perfect Your Walking Technique

"Stand tall and look up, don't slouch, and swing your arms more than you normally would walking to work," said Mike Tanner, Level 3 personal trainer and head of education at Bodyism. "This allows your pelvis to stay level and therefore not overtighten [your] hip flexors, which will help stride length. It also means your shoulders are back and down, which is a good place for them while you're using that shoulder joint swinging back and forth."
