I was anxious to tear open the wrapper, and noticed these RXBar plant-based bars look different than regular RXBars. The texture is much drier and more crumbly as opposed to being shiny and chewy. They remind me more of a cookie than a date-based bar, which made it easy to break off pieces to have half at a time if I only wanted a little bite. Another bonus to the texture is that in the heat, they don't get all soft and melty.
