These Are the Best Fall Foods From Trader Joe's

14 of the Best Fall Foods From Trader Joe's That You Have to Try

Just like the leaves outside, the aisles of Trader Joe's turn beautiful shades of orange and red every Fall as all things pumpkin, sweet potato, and squash take over. We love how so many TJ's staples get the Fall flavour treatment, including pastries, pasta, salsa, and more, but there are also new items that pop up every year that we're thankful for, too. TJ crew members told us you can expect to see new items stocked every day until Thanksgiving (including the new Cinnamon Bun Spread), so be on the lookout. For now, here are some of our favourite Fall staples that we've already eyed (and tried) at our local store.

This ring-shaped pastry contains hundreds of flaky, buttery layers and tastes of pumpkin, caramel, and spices. Tear off a piece for breakfast or dessert.

2. Assorted Pumpkins ($1-$6)

Though we're not exactly sure if the flesh of the TJ's assorted pumpkin collection, from mini gourds to gnotty varietals, is edible, we do know they provide a festive centrepiece for your table. We recommend carving the Orange Pumpkins ($3) and roasting the seeds.

3. Almond Meal Muffins ($5)

Reach for these new muffins for a wholesome Fall breakfast that sneaks in loads of good stuff. Courgette, carrots, walnuts, oats, and chia seeds are just a few of the healthy ingredients on the list, but did we mention they're sweetened with maple and agave? Yum!
