Yes, that is a deviled egg, and yes, it screams "Ursula," doesn't it? Disney got creative with this one and experimented with ways to turn the egg white a purplish black, settling on a combination of squid ink and blueberry puree. The spooky deviled egg is filled with beet puree (mixed with the yolk) and topped with tokibo caviar and seaweed.
